At the same time, we hope that you will be patient on this as we will process and finalized all the pet tag engraving and delivery latest within 1 month after the program end (31/12/2015). We unable to do any checking one by one at this moment as this is quite a massive work. Appreciate you may do the checking with us in you do not receive the pet tag after 1 month the program has ended. We also urge for the proper and completed information especially the mailing address to avoid any undelivered issue.
